The 2010 fantasy football season is drawing near, and the depth at wide receiver is as rich as ever.
Receiver can be a tough position to project heading into the season, and there's almost always a player who breaks into the upper level from out of nowhere (see Miles Austin in 2009).
Most fantasy football projections have Houston Texans receiver Andre Johnson sitting atop the pile of pass-catchers heading into the season, and for good reason — Matt Schaub's top target has surpassed 1,500 yards, 100 receptions and eight touchdowns each of the last two seasons.
Johnson missed the first seven games of 2007, but since then, in 41 games, he's caught 276 passes for 3,995 yards and 25 touchdowns.
