A look at the rest of the top 100 players heading into the 2010 fantasy football draft.

The bottom half of the top 100 saw a lot of movement this week.

Arian Foster has emerged as the top dog in the Houston Texans' backfield, warranting a move up the rankings. He might have to surrender some carries to Steve Slaton, but for now, Foster is the man and has a ton of potential for a productive 2010.

Brett Favre has announced his return, so just like the Minnesota Vikings, fantasy football managers have to adjust their strategies. Favre is coming off a stellar 2009, and although his ankle has given him problems throughout the offseason, he's a gamer and there's no reason to think he won't produce in 2010.

Another player to watch is C.J. Spiller, who is, for now, the man in Buffalo with both Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch sidelined by injuries. The Bills say both players are expected back in time for the regular season, but in the meantime, Spiller will get the preseason to make his case for some playing time this year, and so far he's off to a good start with that audition.

The top 100 fantasy football rankings will most likely see more shuffling as the regular season nears, due to injuries, recoveries and as players compete for playing time during the preseason. I'll publish updated rankings as warranted leading up to the regular season.
